Warranty and Support
Our warranty is 12 months 'return-to-base' and is for the hardware for products supplied by Vortexbox UK.
In the event of a hardware problem please contact us for a RMA number (Return Authority) and return details.
VortexBox, Squeezebox and other digital products receive occasional software updates. The functionality of any release is beyond our control and cannot be the basis for a return. Vortexbox UK is not responsible for content on hard drives. You should regularly backup data to prevent loss in the event of hardware failure. It is essential that a backup of data is made for goods being returned for warranty repairs.
